The KIIT School of Electrical Engineering is proud to organize the 4th IEEE International Conference on Industrial Electronics: Developments & Applications (IEEE ICIDeA), scheduled to take place from 29th October to 31st October 2026. IEEE ICIDeA 2026 is the flagship international conference of the Bhubaneswar IE Chapter, organized in technical collaboration with the IEEE Bhubaneswar Subsection. Following the successful execution of the previously conducted three editions by KIIT-DU and NIT Manipur, this conference continues its mission to unite global researchers from esteemed institutions.

The School of Electrical Engineering has been playing a vital role in producing Engineers and Scientists of highest caliber since its inception in the year 1997. At present, it offers Under Graduate, Post Graduate and Ph.D. programs in Electrical Engineering to cater to the ever challenging needs of technical excellence in all areas of Electrical Engineering such as Power Electronics and Drives, Power & Energy System and Power System Engineering. The School is having a vibrant atmosphere due to the combination of input of brilliant students, availability of outstanding faculty members and innovative research work in all areas of Electrical Engineering. The icing on the cake is the accreditation of the School by NAAC, NBA (Washington accord) Tier-I and UGC.
