Call for Papers
IEEE ICIDeA 2026 is the flagship international conference of the Bhubaneswar IE Chapter, organized in technical collaboration with the IEEE Bhubaneswar Subsection. This international conference will be conducted fully on hybrid mode 4th IEEE International Conference on Industrial Electronics: Developments & Applications (IEEE ICIDeA), scheduled to take place from 29th October to 31st October 2026.
The main aim of this international conference is to bring researchers from all the esteemed institutes of the World. Along with researchers the professionals and executives from energy sector, manufacturing industries, electrical power companies are invited to share ideas and information pertaining to innovations focuses on techniques handling today’s challenges. Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers describing original, previously unpublished, complete work (not currently under review by another conference/journal) up to six pages in IEEE double-column format including figure, results, and references. All accepted and presented papers of the conference by duly registered authors will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library for possible publication.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
IEEE ICIDeA 2025 invites researchers, practitioners, and students worldwide to submit previously unpublished original papers for consideration to be presented at the conference. All submissions will be peer-reviewed.
Authors are invited to submit their original, unpublished papers electronically (in PDF format using the IEEE conference template) through the conference website. Paper submissions should be limited to a maximum of six (6) pages, in the IEEE 2-column format including figures and references. All submissions will be reviewed double-blind by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, originality, and clarity of presentation.

Each paper needs to be submitted electronically as a single PDF file through Microsoft CMT.
CMT Acknowledgment:The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Initial submission of (6 pages max.) including figures and references are allowed in PDF format.
- Accepted papers after the initial review will get the opportunity to submit a full paper (6 pages max.).
- Only registered and presented papers will be forwarded to IEEE for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. It is important to note that IEEE’s ‘No Show’ policy will be enforced, whereby papers that are not presented at the conference will not be eligible for inclusion.
- Up to two (2) extra pages are permissible with an additional fee to be paid at the time of registration.
PublicationAll the accepted and presented papers will be published in the form of e-proceedings and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library (indexed in SCOPUS, Google Scholar and other major indexing)
